I have been a costume for 15 years in this store and always only 2 people are working there, ether the guy or one lady witch is the guy is so respectful and very kind and friendly , ***BUT the lady that working there she’s very rude with customers and very unfriendly and un polite and don’t know how to treat customers at all ,not just not friendly she’s disrespecting customers. I only shop there because the guy is very kind if wasn’t for him I would never shop there in my life.

An unfair incident happened, where instead of change $2.75, they gave 75cents and 10 pesos coin.. honestly we didn't noticed that time and after few days we went there to just address them to be cautious about it, but not for a refund. However the lady's reactions and response we so rude.. we went just to let them know about the incident.. but their response was mannerless. Overall bad customer service. Kindly try to avoid it .
They are very helpful and very accommodating. I purchase a specific item from them, whenever they don't have they have ordered specifically for me. Love customer service that goes above and beyond. I'm actually waiting for them to open I am in dyer need of that product. Suggestions: curbside would be very beneficial 👍🏾
