BEWARE!!!!This company will tell you they are on the way and never show up. I Drove 40minutes to meet them at job site and they never showed up and blocked phone calls from me. Called from a different number and recorder answered wanting me to leave a message. Bad business.
Our experience with Excel Awning & Shade has been positively stellar! The owner, Ron, is so punctual that you can set your watch by his arrival time. The installation of our two electric awnings was superb and, while a missing accessory required them to come back a few days later, they followed up exactly as promised - a rare quality, these days.
