I have been to excel a few times over the years. once to have a windshield done in my 2005 Altima and once for an older Coachmen RV. One was out of pocket the other was insurance. They were very helpful with the insurance side of the RV work which i appreciated. The work on the RV was a tall order and an extremely difficult job. I took my brand new car there thinking I would get a quality job done on a windshield that was cracked by a stone. I was wrong. There was damage to my car's paint where it looked like someone tried to break in while it was on their lot. There was also some scratches around the windshield. The glass put in was inferior and had waves in it.
