I have received their services twice , five years ago and this week. Great service, professional, fast and meanwhile attention to details. They mind your satisfaction after finishing the job and will stay with you if necessary. Carolin has a great customer service and I ll give her 5 stars too. Great team to work with. They also work with ICBC . I highly recommend them.
I had my car repaired at this autobody shop through an ICBC claim about a year ago. At the time, the shop completed the work very quickly and assured me that everything was fixed and in good condition. However, after returning from travel, I noticed that the car was not in the same condition as before the repair. If I had the option, I would give this autobody shop 0 stars instead of 1. The customer service is extremely poor, and the owner lacks basic professionalism in communicating with customers. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Very unpleasant customer service by the owner.
I am very happy with their service. They fixed my door, and it now looks flawless. Highly recommended.
