Great news for people with ears in Southport! I had a recent medical appointment with Caroline Ann Ford @ Excel Audiology and I thought I had entered a Time Machine. The feeling being that I had stepped back to a time when services were provided punctually, patiently, professionally, pricing reasonably, and finally, pleasantly. 5 P’s = 5 Stars. Being my first experience with hearing aids, I didn't know what to expect. My first consultation was a discussion of hearing loss, a hearing test, and an explanation of how hearing aids could help me. There was no charge and no obligation. Jason was very patient, explained everything really well and answered all my questions. I did purchase my hearing aids on a follow-up appointment and would highly recommend Excel Audiology.
Excellent service and now I can hear
I had a wonderful experience with Jason Rickman Au.D. He spent a long time with me at our initial consult and explained my test findings in a clear and easy to understand. Turns out I do not need further treatment so I wanted to pay him for all his time. He refused my offer stating the consult is free. I was very impressed with my whole experience and highly recommend his services
Very impressed with Excel Audiology. I was traveling, thousands of miles from home, and my hearing aid broke. Dr Rickman saw me quickly, and repaired my hearing aid immediately. You can't ask for better service than that! An additional bonus, his physical office is great! ...One more thing. The young lady that greeted me when I came in was professional, pleasant, and represented his practice well.
