Really pleased with Jason’s expertise and professionalism. Am an early riser and love 8am appointments. Jason has the office open even if I arrive 10 or 15 minutes early and takes me right away. Highly recommend Excel.
Does your wife tell you you don't pay attention when she's speaking to you well, maybe it's because you can hear her take from me. I went to Excel for a hearing test and found out I had deficits in both ears good thing is Jason was able to fit me with bilateral hearing aids not like my grandfather's aids these are like state of the art and the testing he does is very comprehensive to and he'll go over everything with you step by step. Being my first experience with hearing aids, I didn't know what to expect. My first consultation was a discussion of hearing loss, a hearing test, and an explanation of how hearing aids could help me. There was no charge and no obligation. Jason was very patient, explained everything really well and answered all my questions. I did purchase my hearing aids on a follow-up appointment and would highly recommend Excel Audiology.
