After two frustrating years using other hearing centers, a friend referred me to Jason Rickman, AuD in Wilmington. What a difference he has made in my daily activities and life!, The process of identifying my hearing loss and the specific issues were thorough as well as his recommendations. I’ve had tinnitus ringing in my ears for as long as I can remember (perhaps a result of my military service around aircraft). I’ve tried other hearing aids that provided calming Zen chimes to ease or mask the constant high-pitched ringing, but really did nothing to improve my hearing. In my first meeting with Dr. Rickman, he seemed to understand my plight, and fitted me with hearing aids that worked brilliantly! Awesome experience, first hearing aids and got appointment very fast and received hearing aids in about 1/2 the time they told me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Very good experience with Jason Rickman at Excel Audiology. He is very knowledgeable, effectively addressing hearing issues while explaining details understandably. He’s also very personable and an attentive listener. And Kathy is a great asset to the business, making patients feel right at home.
