Worst service I have ever seen! The people on the phone tell you anything you want to hear such as, "OK 5 minutes away" actually 45 minutes later. Another "We had an emergency sending another ambulance" 45-60 minutes late. Numerous phone call and nothing but more stories. I would not use list service for my dog!! Look elsewhere! If there was a zero star rating I would give it to them...

Watched one of this companies ambulances drive recklessly and go through red lights without any emergency equipment activated while in Matteson IL .Ambulance 15 or 13. They then pulled into a gas station . Put everyone else on the road at risk. Don't ever use this company .
