My experience was satisfactory with this company. I felt that the communication could improve, but they worked to make things right when I pointed out areas that needed more attention. Communication: They were prompt in updating me about delays and they will try to keep you up to date with their schedule. We had an excellent experience with Exceed Tree Care! After receiving a much higher quote from another company, we reached out to them and were pleasantly surprised by their competitive pricing. Romero Hernandez and his crew spent the day carefully removing four trees from our backyard. They came fully equipped, worked efficiently, and left the site clean and tidy. We were very impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

We got a quote yesterday for the work we needed done. They came out today (the following day). They were the most affordable, insured, professional and quick and efficient. They took care of the trees and brush we needed removed from our property and 2 of our other neighbors. In and out in under 6 hours. I have no complaints whatsoever with ETC and their crew. I would recommend them to anyone.

Team was prompt to quote our project and competing with pricing. We had some hiccups with timing of when the crew would be arriving however they were very good about communicating the delays and updates when they’d be at the house. The crew left our property cleaner than when they’d be at arrived and did an excellent job!
