Used them several times. The last couple of times have gotten worse. Last time they took shortcuts which resulted in a destroyed fence. They did pay for it so I asked them for additional quote for more work. They never showed up when they said they were going to to give me the quote (I ended up waiting around for hours pointlessly which was very annoying) . My experience was satisfactory with this company. I felt that the communication could improve, but they worked to make things right when I pointed out areas that needed more attention. Communication: They were prompt in updating me about delays and they will try to keep you up to date with their schedule. I understand that this line of work isn't an exact science, and things may break down or they may fall behind on work depending on each situation. This was a learning experience for me as well. We had an excellent experience with Exceed Tree Care! After receiving a much higher quote from another company, we reached out to them and were pleasantly surprised by their competitive pricing. Romero Hernandez and his crew spent the day carefully removing four trees from our backyard. They came fully equipped, worked efficiently, and left the site clean and tidy. We were very impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
