We bought a house through Mandy. We booked a pre settlement inspection. Trades person was working and had equipment in several areas paint drop sheets in the hall , drop sheets paint and rollers in a bedroom a door off paint and equipment in the garage . We had to move drop sheets to be able to check flooring. The power was off . We were not informed it would be or given any guidance on this. We sold our house and were unaware of tenancy rules which applied to the house we bought. We could not try any appliances or lighting.... read more
