Dwick, We are sorry you had issues that were caused by poor decisions by the manager of our wood division, who is no longer employed by Exceed. At your request, we waited quite some time (approximately 9 months) to correct the problem while you had the suppliers of your cabinets and countertops correct the problems you experienced with their products and installations.You sure had your share of problems! Do not use this company! We had to have our ENTIRE brand new bamboo floor ripped out and reinstalled because of Exceed flooring. We had many boards in the middle of the room with splintered corners, a board with a gigantic chip in the end, cleat nails spaced at 2 inches each, and 4 cleats within 10 inches. We had a staple popping up through one of the seams and they had to tear back a couple rows of boards which required them to glue down replacement boards instead of nail down tongue and groove in the middle of the floor.
