The attitude is self righteous, never their fault even though they inspected my floor and said I should have known about installation problems. I needed a floor vent that I ordered from them...I was sent an invoice for $55 but they charged me $90! Said they forgot $40 shipping! Second installation quote for a small room was ridiculously high so I went elsewhere and saved about $700. The vent and the estimate given was after spending thousands with them on the initial install.

When I first visited Exceed, they were very helpful. I was given sample tiles to take home and view. Upon return of the tiles, and giving them all my measurements, I was told the job was small and could be done in a couple weeks (within that month). I received the cost quote email (good for 30 days). A few days later, I was cotacted by Exceed and told they would need to come out and measure to make sure the measurements were correct, and charge me a $35. fee, which could only be applied to the order if I went with them. Went to view their show room in Crystal Lake; folks at their desks, but no one will get out from behind them to help a potential customer.
