Our bathroom remodel with Exceed turned into a very stressful experience, and I would not choose them again. The project was delayed due to inappropriate behavior from the contractor, which made us feel uncomfortable having them in our home. Instead of addressing this professionally, we were blamed for the delays because we would not “just deal with” the situation. No customer should be made to feel that way in their own house. The attitude is self righteous, never their fault even though they inspected my floor and said I should have known about installation problems. I needed a floor vent that I ordered from them...I was sent an invoice for $55 but they charged me $90! Said they forgot $40 shipping! Second installation quote for a small room was ridiculously high so I went elsewhere and saved about $700. The vent and the estimate given was after spending thousands with them on the initial install.

When I first visited Exceed, they were very helpful. I was given sample tiles to take home and view. Upon return of the tiles, and giving them all my measurements, I was told the job was small and could be done in a couple weeks (within that month). I received the cost quote email (good for 30 days). A few days later, I was cotacted by Exceed and told they would need to come out and measure to make sure the measurements were correct, and charge me a $35. fee, which could only be applied to the order if I went with them.
