I would gladly give them a zero if possible. Despite scheduling the appointment, they failed to show up. It's impossible to reach them since they never answer the office phone during business hours. I moved all my furniture to prepare the apartment for cleaning, but they never arrived without giving any explanation. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional of them.
