Where is the customer service? 2 weeks and they never answer the phone and they don't respond to messages or texts.
we had to use their services to dig a pool and they destroyed our backyard. They dumped tons of gravel all over the grass to make a path for the machine (it's up to you to clean it all up after), left oil stain on the driveway, charged us more than agreed because of our soil. Overall, we had a terrible experience and reported them to the BBB. It's now costing us to have to fix all the mess they left. BEWARE!
