Reached out 4-5 times via online form and never heard back. Called and was supposed to have someone come out for a quote at 9am. I blocked off 8:30-11 to be safe. The guy showed up at 11 when I had a meeting - was able to step out after a minute but he had already left and was only here for <5 minutes. Never heard from them since - that was about a month ago.

Excavating & Drainage Solutions installed a new sewer line from our house to the street today. Their work was quick and professional. When an unmarked gas line was discovered, they appropriately called in assistance to assure that work could continue safely. In less than a day, we are back to reliable sewer service.

Excavating and drainage solutions came the same day I called to look at a sewer problem under a busy street, gave me a price early the next day, started right away on city permits and showed up with all their equipment as they said they would a few days later and fixed the problem.

We were getting water in our basement during heavy rain because the concrete pad outside of our basement doors was cracked and falling in towards our house. I contacted Excavating & Drainage Solutions and they promptly sent out Gabe, who assessed our problem and proposed adding drains to the concrete replacement and hard plumbing the drains and a nearby downspout away from the house.
