I recently stayed at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino for a week with my mother, and I wanted to share some feedback about our experience, which was unfortunately disappointing. Great service
Disappointing but passable. I went on a Friday and Saturday afternoon and they were out of towels the entire time I was there. They even said on Saturday at 2 pm they would be out of towels the entire night. The lifeguards were good. The bar was pricy but nice strong drinks and fast service. The adult pool being by paid reservation only was extremely disappointing.
