Was a pleasure to meet Walter, very nice guy, courteous & professional. He arrived earlier than expected, got my system up and running in no time & made sure to check overall system performance. Thank you so much for the great service, truly appreciated!
Extremely rude. Tried scheduling a time and when I asked for another time he said that he schedules the times and that if it doesn't suit me I can call someone else and then hung up the phone on me! simply for asking for a later appointment time. honestly not sure how they are in business with that attitude.
A DISASTER !! Walter is obnoxious and far worse he is dishonest and a liar. would never use again !! Horrible reviews on BBB as well. Wish I had checked first
Horrible Experience. Beware as Walter is a LIAR and Dishonest. Don't use !!!
Walter came over via a call through AHS. Lied and told me that the air conditioning needed a new compressor. Called another company and was told compressor was fine and just needed a new contactor and thermostat. They opened up the outside and realized Walter put in a new contactor that was faulty. Don’t trust this guy, I have all documentation and pursuing this.
