Assigned Excalibur through our home warranty program, American Home Shield. Never received a phone call or any outreach from the company. Next thing we know the service call was supposedly “resolved over the phone” and our service call was canceled. We’ve been without AC for a week. No call, no show - and then they cancel the service as if they remedied the issue. Wildly unprofessional.
