Bought a used minivan from here. Wouldn't start after driving it about 300 miles. Dealer claimed it just needed a new battery. Replaced the battery and died after another 200 miles. Alternator is bad. I'm now stranded 50 miles from my home and I gotta walk 2 miles to buy jumper cables. Told the dealer I was buying it to transport 3 toddlers and they still neglected to tell me about the alternator issue. Absolutely rude salesman, i decided not to buy the car just because of his attitude. I wouldn’t buy a car from here if they were the only dealer in chicago. They are closing down shop, i hope the owner realizes he has horrible employees, or if he is the one i spoke with, he’s the problem. Relocating will not help

In December I decided I would buy my first car on my own, I finally decided on a their 2014 Maserati ghibli. When the abs, awd, esp, and parking break lights went off on the initial test drive I should've just walked but they convinced me it was just a wheel speed sensor "that and ice chip must have tripped a fault" so I ended up trusting them and bought it.
