I was rear-ended so there was some substantial damage. Overall the job got done and my car looks great. I liked being able to leave the rental car there on pickup. This was all paid for by someone else's insurance so I can't comment on the prices.
Crash Champions is awesome! Cindy gave us great customer service, excellent communication throughout the process!
The one stop shop is greatly appreciated! Having Crash Champions work directly with my insurance company and loaner vehicle company was a true luxury! Kevin and Lilly were so personable and caring. They are all about customer service and speak to each customer with an understanding of how someone's life is impacted by an unplanned vehicle stay at the body shop. Regular text updates were very much appreciated!
