Unfortunately the job could not be done because I did not have the details of panel or the diagram of the InfraRed Sauna. Oscar was professional and was on time. I appreciated his honest that he cannot start the job without proper info and manual due to the gravity of the electrical Repairs. The job was NOT done nor diagnosed. I have to keep searching for the manufacturer manual. Thank you 🙏

I have used many electricians in the past and have never had as great of an experience as I did with Excalibur Service Lion. We needed to replace a gas hot water heater with electric. We felt lost at where to start and this team came through to offer A++ service quickly. From the start Frida was helpful scheduling the appointment and being understanding to me trying to talk with my 3 year old yelling in the background.
