If I could give less than 1 star, i would. Terrible communication, complete lack of professionalism by office staff, and the doctor i saw torpedoed my workmans comp claim by ignoring key aspects of my condition. Not just a horrible business, but horrible human beings.

The doctor was very short spent about 2 minutes in the room with me and then when I received the report he wrote he lied about several things. He talked about his personal assumptions about my life style due to my weight. Said I claimed I use drugs which I do not. He is so out of line the things he said about my body type and lifestyle that i work and lay around afterwards which is obvious by looking at my body nothing was ever talked about what I did outside of work.. i was there for shoulder pain not to be degraded and lie... read more
