Sharhon did my blood work and physical and was just awesome. Her experience showed when she was able to get blood from a vein that most others avoid. She has calm and caring personality and everyone should ask for her!
Missed a call while in class, called back to see if they could set up my exam, the representative said I canceled my exam, questioned how much I wanted for life insurance as is if that's relevant? And then gave me attitude when I said my schedule was busy due to school?
I love how the owner says sorry for the inconvenience like a robot. How about fix the office? There's obviously something wrong with the receptionist.
Showed up for my appointment with a full bladder as requested and nobody was here. Just a locked door. Tried calling the phone number and was on hold for 15 minutes and had to leave a message.
I am just beginning the many steps of some long, serious medical procedures right now. I have a limited time frame to get things done so that I can return to work this fall.
