I received a call from ExamOne to schedule blood work for an insurance screening. We setup an appointment for 8:30am the following morning (Friday Jan 8, 2021). As I am writing this review, it is 8:40am on 1/8 and ExamOne is closed, without any lights on, and no answer on their phone. Honestly, I could understand if this appointment was made weeks ago, that things happen, and appointments may fall through the cracks... but we just made this appointment yesterday. Very very bad. I got appointment at wrong address. When I came to new address I saw "launch " . I have appointment at launch time!!!! It is not professional
What terrible service by this organization. Find another vendor for bloodwork. It will take months to simply have them call clients for an exam let alone find a time that works for their examiners. Go elsewhere! Staff was not helpful.
