Went to Quest Diagnostics (great service), but they had to call Exam One because my digital health file was corrupted. Supposed to be a 30 minute appointment, took 2 hours.

Excellent customer service. Amber did a great job helping me out with my situation..
BAD. Lengthy interview and no one is ever there to conduct the test/interview. I called them 5 times today and I was placed on hold each time for 10 to 25 minutes. When I already got someone online they started the process and then place me on hold for 18 minutes and then disconnected. Save your time and avoid ExamOne.
