violeta is the best!
I had an appointment on a Saturday, and there was one lady working by herself, I believe her name was Violet. It was very quiet and I was the only person there after waiting maybe five minutes for the person in front of me to finish. Though I typically do not enjoy having to give a blood sample, she made the appointment so pleasant. We talked the whole time and she was so lovely. I would go back again just to have another conversation with her.
Jessica from Miami Lakes was great! She is very knowledgeable and professional she made the process feel really good and comfortable even though I do not like Needles lol, I want to say thank you Jessica for making the process simple and easy. Jaiden
