Exam One lost my specimen and never followed up on it. My voicemails were also unresponded too. No answers. Poor service. I will never choose this lab again.

I called this afternoon (1pm EST) to schedule an appt for a pre-employment drug screen. To start, the lady who answered was INCREDIBLY rude and seemed EXTREMELY bothered to be doing her job. She then advised me (realistically... scoffed at me) that I needed to go to '160 S River Rd'. She couldn't provide a number or a company name. I Googled 160 S River Rd and called the number associated - Derry Medical Center. They were extremely nice and helpful... However, they were not the correct place. I do not typically review but felt the need because y experience was WONDERFUL. I arrived to my appointment early, prior to opening at 8am and was taken in right away. Tess is a breath of fresh air. She made the appointment enjoyable- yes, made getting labs drawn and physical enjoyable. She is great at what she does. Relaxed environment. Highly recommend!!

Arrived early for my appointment, no one at the window or responsive to the bell. Waited another 15 min and considered leaving. After no explanation was given I left.
