Sera did my home appointment. She was rude, unprofessional, and did not explain what was happening during the appointment.
I called four times to schedule an appointment, and your rep would pick up, and then hang up, four.separate.times. I know this, because only *one* of the times it actually went to a voicemail. I also know this, because poorly run and managed medical facilities are known to do this. Based on your responses to bad reviews stating you'll "let the team know", this all feels scummy. I did an exam for health insurance with Dallas. She was kind and professional and made it a good experience.
I had such a great experience with Perphilia from ExamOne. She helped me navigate a complex situation with my disability insurance bloodwork and made the whole process so easy. Updating review after being seen: appt went smoothly I had scheduled an appointment for 6 am through their website. However, when I showed up for the appointment, the business was closed and on the door, it said hours were from 7am-5pm, M-F
