I called four times to schedule an appointment, and your rep would pick up, and then hang up, four.separate.times. I know this, because only *one* of the times it actually went to a voicemail. I also know this, because poorly run and managed medical facilities are known to do this. Based on your responses to bad reviews stating you'll "let the team know", this all feels scummy. I did an exam for health insurance with Dallas. She was kind and professional and made it a good experience.
I had such a great experience with Perphilia from ExamOne. She helped me navigate a complex situation with my disability insurance bloodwork and made the whole process so easy. She was professional, patient, and really took the time to explain everything to me. The blood draw was quick and painless, and her kind, reassuring attitude made a stressful situation so much better. Updating review after being seen: appt went smoothly I had scheduled an appointment for 6 am through their website. However, when I showed up for the appointment, the business was closed and on the door, it said hours were from 7am-5pm, M-F
My husband needed to do an exam through this place for his work. They were absolutely horrible. The lady who did his exam was very rude and not caring at all. My husband has a fear of needles so he wanted me to go back with him. The examiner did not want me to go back with him and now I know why. She was the worst person I have ever seen in the medical field. Has no bedside manner, she was rough with my husband’s arm, and has no kindness. The picture is of his arm now 4 days after the exam.
