2/28/22- UPDATED! Showed up for an 11:30 appointment (fasted) and the place was empty. Waited for 45 minutes and no one showed up. Rang their number, no answer. Incredibly frustrating to wast time mid-day. *UPDATE* Shannon at the location advised that they are “on lunch 11:30-12:30” — thought I *was* scheduled for 11:30. ARE YOU SOMEONE WHO LIKE TO CLEAR THEIR SCHEDULE FOR AN APPOINTMENT ON A CERTAIN DAY, FAST FOR BLOOD DRAW, BUT AT THE LAST MINUTE HAVE AN EXAMINER NO-SHOW YOU? THEN LOOK NO FURTHER THAN EXAMONE! Working for an insurance brokerage, we order dozens of exams for clients each month, and I can bet that 75% of them will be rescheduled at the last minute, either "due to examiner conflict" or "due to examiner family emergency". NUMEROUS TIMES.... PER CLIENT. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER
Sent a phlebotomist for my life insurance exam, she took 3 inaccurate blood pressure measurements resulting in me having to have them redone.
Waited over 20 minutes without being called. No one else was waiting. The sign in sheet at the receptionist desk showed the person before me was 2 1/2 hours earlier. I ended up leaving as I was on my lunch hour. I was told there were printer problems. If that was the case, then let me know so I'm not sitting in a ghost town wondering why I'm wasting my time.
