Positives: quick, honor appointment times Negative: the chair is broken and EVERY time I go there to get my blood drawn, the metal digs into my hip. I can’t believe they haven’t fixed this.

I got my blood drawn 3 weeks ago. My doctor told me that they missed one order. Not only that, my entire arm had a crazy large bruise that leaked all the way up to my upper arm (not sure if it was how she binded and tightened my arm or just pierced the wrong vein). Ever since then and to this day, there appears to be a painful cord-like vein popping up in the fold of my arm when it is extended and a swollen lump on my arm. RUDE front desk staff, specially, Stephanie. Her tone was completely off putting and short. She has no business representing the face of Exam One or Quest Diagnostic. My lab tech was amazing and professional. Everything went smoothly.
