Got a blood test two days ago, the staff were really efficient, helpful, and nice! Also the nurse has great techniques and my arm didn't hurt a lot. Would come back to this place if I ever need a test!
I am not sure why there is so many bad reviews, but based on my own experience today, the staff who helped me looks experienced and efficient. The whole process from sign-in to finish getting the blood, only took about 10min. I arrived at exactly my appointment time and everything go smoothly without additional wait.
The lab tech took my labs even though I had just eaten. I haven't had labs done in years and was not informed to fast prior to testing. The results ended up in non-renewal of an insurance policy even though my LDL levels came back invalid. Be aware one person making a mistake can have huge consequences.
