Jenifer and Alton were great and made me feel comfortable during exam.
Staff was great! When I called to reschedule due to being sick, they answered and rescheduled me right away, no problem. I'm a bit of a mess when it comes to needles, but they were wonderful, funny, and made me feel comfortable during the experience.
I haven't been yet . Been to a lot of drug testing places, from the 10 reviews they currently have, I'm not going!
No call, no show. Getting labs for life insurance. I have had to reschedule three times for them. Then they don’t show up or answer their phone. If you value your time avoid this place.
The place seemed very unsanitary. They had the patient place a urine sample in a plastic bin that had paper towels on the bottom of it that had urine on it. The person who intended to do a blood draw on me, had blood stains on the disposable lab coat they were wearing. As I pointed it out, the person proceeded to look by grabbing the sleeve with the blood stains with the gloves they had on, and then with the same gloves that touched the blood on the disposable lab coat, touched my arms.
