My wife had a very poor experience during her blood draw appointment. While she was briefly replying to a work message, the staff member demanded she put away her phone and suggested rescheduling the appointment. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There’s no reason a patient can’t send a quick text during a routine blood draw. The staff member’s behavior was unreasonable and made my wife feel unwelcome. We will be finding another facility for future appointments.
I highly advise staying away from exam one. They only pull codes and literally have no clue on what they are doing or reading. They will find any reason to deny you even with written proof from a cardiologist or PCP. Not a single one of them holds a single medical degree or has medical knowledge and they truly do not help with anything. This was pleasant, in and out, clean and plenty of parking- I honestly have no idea why there are any bad reviews. I went for my pre- employment screening for amazon. The testing hours are 9am until whenever- I just showed up at 9am :)
In no way shape or form do you have it listed this location only does testing for pre employment screening from 9am - 12pm. I came right after work to find this out as I walked into the waiting room from a paper sign hand written then had one of the employees laugh saying what is that sign for you.
