The blood letting was good, but the website and customer service afterward is a headache. If a corporate entity is considering using them I would ensure you have a regional contact that can problem solve. Otherwise they are a headache.
A female showed up at my home to draw my blood. She was very unprofessional, inflexible & controlling. I have audio/ video of her behavior before & after she entered my home. She showed up way early & I was not properly dressed/ not ready. I hollered twice through the door "I'm not ready OK?." She intentionally ignored me & she backed up way away from my door (twice) to act like she was too far away to hear me. All on video.
