We had a great experience with Brent and Examina Inspections! Brent was super thorough in his inspection and made it easy for us understand the condition of the home when we did our walk through with him. He also provided lots of great advice for helping resolve some of the issues we were finding with the house. The inspection report was finished the same day of our site visit with Brent. Brent is great. My husband is a custom home builder and super picky. We were not really sold of the idea that home inspectors are helpful but Been changed our mind. Brent was so helpful and even more detail oriented than my husband. We ended up not getting our first offered home based on things he found that we didn't see.
