Excellent, professional but also very personable service. Brent's expertise, with his thorough assessments and clear explanations, provided us with invaluable insight into the conditions of two homes. The first one revealed a level of reno work and repairs needed which we decided was too much for us to take on. We later called in Brent again to assess a second house option for us, which proved to be a better option for us and we have now purchased that property. Would highly recommend Examina Inspections!
