Although I was quite anxious about meeting the inspector of my newly purchased apartment, it was clear to me within a few minutes that Brent was a genuine caring person whose observations and recommendations would be helpful and thorough. This is the first time I have engaged Brent to inspect a home for me and he is hands down the best home inspector I have used. He is prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He identified problems and potential problems and as a result of his work I was able to make an informed decision on the purchase of the home. Brent insight was invaluable.
Very impressed with the inspection and report from Examina. Brent is a very nice guy and took ample time to do a walkthrough with us and highlighted areas of concern and gave us some corrective measures that could address issues and stop them from getting worse. I was also impressed with the number of photos included in the report, it helped when reviewing areas of concern. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Examina Inspections for anyone purchasing a home. It isn’t often that I would equate home inspection and fun, but Brent is great at explaining things while also making you feel comfortable and relaxed. He was so thorough in his inspection and taught us so much about our new house. We both feel so much better about what we are getting ourselves into after looking at everything with Brent.
