We used Examina Inspections before purchasing a house in Garden Bay in the summer of 2025. Brent communicates well. I like that. He promptly responded to my initial email and subsequent phone call. I required a partial or special portion of my home inspection which he did very meticulously. His report was concise and great photos of the special area in question. He has an easy website for sign-up and payment, even for a serious senior citizen like myself. I highly recommend "Examina Inspections". Just what I needed.
