This is the first time I have engaged Brent to inspect a home for me and he is hands down the best home inspector I have used. He is prompt, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend speaking to Brent for your home inspection needs on the Coast! He identified problems and potential problems and as a result of his work I was able to make an informed decision on the purchase of the home. Brent insight was invaluable.

Very impressed with the inspection and report from Examina. Brent is a very nice guy and took ample time to do a walkthrough with us and highlighted areas of concern and gave us some corrective measures that could address issues and stop them from getting worse. I was also impressed with the number of photos included in the report, it helped when reviewing areas of concern. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Examina Inspections for anyone purchasing a home.
