I am giving this 4 star review to ExamFX based on my experience with their prelicensing Health course. I feel that the overall course material was very helpful, but could have been reduced down into simpler content size. I took one star away some chapters were too long and the website timed out too soon. I also didn't like that they didn't give you more time to review your chapter quizzes. I had a meeting with Jack Bruntzel and waited a whole week for the information I needed. I had to reach back out to him to force him to do his job. As a salesperson myself, this is unacceptable. I make sure to keep people in the loop of what is going on and don't leave them hanging. If he will be my point of contact, I either need to switch to a new person or better yet...find a better company. He will put me out of business quickly with his shenanigans.
Their program helped me pass my life exam on the first try! Great customer support as well. I’d highly recommend them.
