I had a meeting with Jack Bruntzel and waited a whole week for the information I needed. I had to reach back out to him to force him to do his job. As a salesperson myself, this is unacceptable. I make sure to keep people in the loop of what is going on and don't leave them hanging. If he will be my point of contact, I either need to switch to a new person or better yet...find a better company. He will put me out of business quickly with his shenanigans.
