We ordered a surgical headlight from examtablesdirect in early December. We have called at least six times checking on the status of our order. We are always promised someone will call us back- they never call. We have also sent multiple emails, we have never received a response. BEST customer service experience that I have had during the building of our new clinic.....and I have had to deal many different suppliers! Brett responded quickly, helped me understand all my options and provided guidance as to what would best fit my needs.
It was very difficult to contact anyone once my order was placed. I ordered my tables the first week in November and did no receive them until the middle of January. The tables are beautiful and are exactly as I requested, but the customer service is awful. I will not use this company again in the future.
