They were very professional and very quick! Brandie Swindle was awesome. Lets face it no one likes going for a physical but Brandie with her since of humor and great personality made everything go quickly and more pleasant. This lab, or whatever it is, is very unorganized and poorly managed! I was sent there for drug testing, and had to wait for someone to come out of an office to greet me. As I waited, there were two employees on the phone with a customer and had it VERY loud on speakerphone for anyone to hear which I thought was highly unprofessional, and then talked about the patient after they got off the phone in front of other people in the waiting area, which was again,very unprofessional, besides not upholding the HIPAA law!!
