I'm just finding out things on here but only about two months. The meds don't get here on time
Update 05/31/22 After my initial problem and waiting until they were open on Monday i reached a live human. She was concerned and placed a priority on the needed medications and had them sent via FedEx overnight. I received them next morning. I stand by the original review as they will never call back when messages are left even if you wait until they are open. Just as careless as your neighborhood pharmacy. Just as careless as your neighborhood pharmacy. If you have any medication needs that are essential to you DO NOT USE ExactCare they will never follow-up with you when you need the communication to verify they have the scripts or to let you know prior to shipping that you have no refill. Latest delivery just had one page with notification that ten medications were not included. With phone numbers to call to find out why don't even try to reach anyone on a weekend even the supposed on-call personnel will never call you back. ... read more
