USE CAUTION!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! You can easily find a better, more reliable place to do business. They sent the wrong medication dose for consecutive months. Each time using excuses. Finally admitted it was their error and they would remove the charges. But they didn't. Very frustrating to work with. Difficult to get correct meds delivered as expected. When they called, since my insurance hadn't advised me of their partnership, I thought it was a scam, and said no. They called again and I asked a few questions and verified their relationship with my insurance, then agreed to switch. During the initial call to get me set up on my meds, they informed me that there would be a 2-week delay in transitioning me and asked if there were any meds that I was low on. Do NOT use this company! I probed and challenged and questioned numerous people before I signed my dad up. I was promised they would have his most critical meds in stock when he needed them. I called a week ahead, as they advised me. They told me they were shipped, but when the package arrived, it did NOT have the med he most needed. They told me they would overnight it. Next day, no package. They said the med was out of stock and would be sent the next day, overnight. They sent it regular mail. This was all before the first... read more

Company does transition well when you sign up. Company does not keep track of what meds you need and/or ensure that supply is continuous for necessary medications. When they have a problem getting medications from doctors they do not contact you in a timely manner to avoid medication interruption. Company agreed to overnight medications on the phone, but instead chose to wait a few days and then send USPS causing patient to have no medication. They should change their name to WeDontCare.
