Highered Exact Temp to look at our HVAC system. Christian was very professional and went above and beyond to explain what he was looking at and what he was doing to fix our system. He came earlier than I expected and got the job done fast. He was upfront about what things would cost.

I had an emergency and called this company. A gentleman named Christian took my call late evening and not only insisted on helping me, but stayed on the phone and walked me through how to turn off the ac compressor from the outside, gave me advice on the next steps to take and was very patient and helpful.
