If their office is in Redwood City, they need to have some kind of drop off or local solution. Twice I have mailed kits across the country that met with disasters unnecessarily due to shipping and/or timing issues. I can practically walk to their office from my house, so this makes no sense; especially for a person with other illnesses. It is also been very expensive for them so I highly encourage them to consider more than one path for logistics, especially in this era of supply chain and transportation messes.
