I wanted to let you know that Priscilla in the billing department is unhelpful and rude. My account was showing that my payment was increasing my balance and she proceeded to tell me it was due to my deductible. I verified with Aetna and then called back and she then proceeded to tell me that my balance was my original balance after I submitted my payment yesterday. Clearly, she does not know how to add and subtract. Please consider retraining this employee.

Well on 09/29/2021 I used your Cologuard test and it said I had a negative Cologuard result. OK but what your test didn't know is after a colonoscopy in May 2022 because I was having some issues. That test showed I had several polyps. Thank God none of them had any cancer. So I have to go back for another colonoscopy in May 2025. If I had waited till now to take your Cologuard test on Sept 29th 2024. Those polyps could have been cancerous. So I will stay with what my Gastroenterologist wants me to do. Thank You.
