Multiple calls and frequent hang ups of calls. Very poorly managed calls. Urgent care needs and can't make appointment

Getting preeeeeeeety slack here guys. Multiple 45+ minutes calls on hold (hang up). One staff member on the front desk inundated with work, while others gas bagging in the coffee room behind not even pretending to give interest. Have raised higher up previously but same thing continues to happen. If you weren't my local MRI provider for the lockyer valley, I would go elsewhere. Shameful.
Had to get an ankle xray to see how my ankle fusion surgery has gone, arrived at about 8.10am. Only a couple of other people in the waiting room and 45mins later I still hadn't been seen so I got my referral back and went to imed and was seen straight away. The service at the University branch in Ipswich is diabolical for getting serviced, don't think I will go back here again. What a waste of a person's time, the staff were more interested in telling jokes and having a coffee than looking after the patients. Disappointed is... read more
