The receptionist was polite, the X-ray technician was somewhat nonchalant and apparently the X-ray was blurry according to the hospital 🤷♀️ probs a bit more effort from the technician
The waiting area isn’t ideal, but they are only a small clinic and it is amazing having something like this so accessible. Both times visiting I have had a lovely receptionist greet me and was seen in under 10-15 minutes, the two technicians I saw were also incredibly professional and reassuring. I have also been contacted by the practice to book on both occasions, which was done same day as they received the referral.
If I could leave negative stars I would. My father went in there for scans, he's had a stroke and now suffers with a cognitive impairment and reduced mobility. The lady who completed the scan was rude, aggressive, and called my father stupid and an invalid. Upon a call from the manager after leaving a complaint, they said they would "Have a word with her".
