Very impressed with the friendly and fast assistance from the team today. Was able to get a next day appointment saving a week waiting. Well worth a short drive down from Toowoomba
Have had bad experience here before but was back again today and can honestly say wow what a service improvement. All staff i encountered were friendly delivering exceptional customer service .... good job to all the staff and kudos to the management. Keep up the good work !!!!
Hi. I’ve had very bad experiences with scans with contrast. Today the radiologist, Natalie said she would look after me as she could see I was quite stressed and listened to my concerns. Well she was absolutely fantastic. The best scan ever. Hardly felt when she put the canular in. She supported me through the whole scan. She deserves a medal. Job very well done.
Pretty bad business they don't answer their phones at all, ever. 35+ minutes waiting I know they usually have 2 staff there. Shocking as this is 3rd time I've tried to call to book a scan. My back hurts i need help. It's disappointing. I guess they want me to drive in with my back injury I can't even walk, drive in 40 mins to book. Y appointment over the counter?!!! How dare you not answer. I've been at position "One" this whole time too. BS
Was told I would recieve a text message to confirm appointment. I didn't get a txt message but I knew the time and date but not the location so I decided to call when they opened at 8:30 to find out the correct place as my appointment was 10am they finally answered the phone 46 minutes later. The moral of the story is don't bother calling its quicker to drive there.
