Love Exacta and their team. Dennis is a superb salesman, always answers my calls no matter the time. Their tech support is top notch. They have helped out after hours on a weekend, which is paramount to the success of my wash, when it’s down on a busy weekend. Their equipment is customer friendly and aesthetically pleasing. We have their equipment in 6 locations and highly recommended them.
Exact One has always treated me very well. Their service and support after the sale is top notch. Their equipment runs for many years with little maintenance. Our Series IV terminal is over 25 years old and still working fine.
I was having an issue with one of their Bay Master boxes and took it in to get looked at. Everyone was super helpful, and we were able to get everything working again. I had a great experience with them.
