Adam & Mike came to replace our old furnace and they did an amazing job! They were so nice and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They cleaned up on their way out and I can't be more happy to finally have heat in our house after weeks of issues with our old furnace. Definitely recommend their services! Fantastic service today from Kaden and Dan. They were efficient, respectful in the installation of my new hot water heater. And they both were friendly, positive and helpful. Highly recommend. I’ve never had a negative experience with Exact Mechanical. 5***** for great customer service!
Service guy came and after checking my hot water tank he said tank has to be replaced and it will cost 3200 then I said it’s seems too much I checked with other company and other company change the water tank for 2000 including installation, after few days exact mechanics company sent me the bill for 169 dollars when I asked them service guy was not even for 10 minutes and he didn’t even fix anything they said we charge 169 for call out which I was not been told when I called, I don’t recommend this company at all.
Had the poly-B removed and replaced with PEX, the job was done right and on time, at a very competitive price, I highly recommend Exact Mechanical.
