I have been going to Exact Hearing for about 7 years when I got my first hearing aids. They are always so thorough, nothing is too much trouble. They spend a lot of time ensuring my aids are just right. I have just got my new hearing aids and very happy with the service. Elise, Melissa and Emma are terrific and the front staff are always very friendly and helpful. My mum was also a patient of theirs. Highly recommend them.
Elyse was fantastic and so thorough with my test. Elyse made me feel comfortable the whole time and I really felt like my concerns were listened to and addressed. Thank you for an easy and delightful appointment. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Oh and also thank you for including the video link in the confirmation message, this was super helpful and made it very easy to find. Thanks ladies!
