I think I must have dealt with the same front desk person the other one star reviewer did. Dr. Kozal is great and the younger gal that help fit my son for contacts was great, too. Sad we can't spend our money there anymore as one of the older ladies that works the front desk was incredibly rude because my son went thru 4 brands of trial contacts (that are free to the clinic) trying to find the most comfortable ones he could get. When I pointed out that I felt she was irritated that he was trying a different pair and question... read more

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. The ladies helping pick out the glasses for our daughter answered all my questions thoroughly and never rushed us to make choices. Dr. Kozal is easy to talk to and explained things in a way we could understand them. All around great experience!
