I have been in the Security Industry for 19 years and have never experienced the unprofessionalism that I have experienced with this corporation. The tech support reps are so impatient and rude and should not be in a job like tech support without patience and professionalism. If I had an option today, I would not recommend this company to support any of our Security systems. There are several others out there that I would strongly recommend, so if you can stay away from Johnson Controls, please do so. The products are horrib... read more
