Was gifted a piece of jewelry from this store - sadly it was ill fitting. The owner refused to exchange it and didn't even offer to try and fix it (even though it's her own work)! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
I purchased a very expensive earing for my wife as a christmas present. While purchasing the piece in store I explicitly asked the sales associate if the piece was exchangeable if it did not fit or if my wife could exchange it if she didn't like it.
