Shimaa is really helpful and recommend as per the need. I am already down 10lbs which is 7% of my body weight. Rooting for another 15lbs down.

I would recommend this program and my health coach ( Shima ) to everyone . So much support and endless motivation from coaches . Very friendly atmosphere , understanding and free smiles in every visit. Do as the coaches tell you and it is impossible not to success ! It reversed my diabetes and stabilized my liver enzymes to normal. I was almost at my weight loss goal until covid and I had a set back after my car accident. Now, I'm back at it again.
