Love this program. What makes it different is the staff. They are so supportive and understanding even when I mess up. Help me stay on track when I need a kick in the but. I’ve lost weight, my blood sugars are now normal, and lipids are going down. And so much more energy. Thank you Ewyn Fredericton team! You are the best!!!!❤️
